Sweet potatoes are a nutritionally rich food. They are loaded with
Vitamin C, High in Calcium, Potassium, and Beta-carotene
which converts to Vitamin A in your body.
Because Sweet Potatoes have a high level of Vitamin A and beta-carotene it is a super food for your skin.
It got me thinking about making a Sweet Potato Soap!
For this soap I used:
Cocoa Butter
Coconut Oil
Grapeseed Oil
Olive Oil
Palm Oil
Sunflower Oil
Beeswax\
Lard
Tallow
Sodium Hydroxide
Arizona rain water
Titanium Dioxide
Pureed Sweet Potatoes
Greek Yogurt
and Rice Flower & Shea Type Fragrance Oil.Cut the next day

Glad you are back. Thanks for stopping by to say hi! Will have to catch up on your blog!
Looks amazing. Mind sharing the process?
ReplyDeleteHello D'chelle Allen! Thx for your comment. If you can just be a little clearer on your request. Which part of the process you would like to know? Have you made soap before? Or are you referring to the in-bed? Let me know! Thx for looking and your request! 😊
DeleteSweet potato has iron which can make the skin black
ReplyDeleteSo how do you remove the iron?
Hello, is this hot processed or cold processed soap? Could you include the total recipe, as in how much of each oil did you use. I like trying new recipes with natural ingredients.
